Blancpain Dinner

We were invited to a Blanpain dinner held in Hibiscus and M and I had such a good time!!!

Before we started on bubbles and vino

Lovely starter -souffle 

Grilled cod with spring veg puree...even though it wasn't exactly spring time! 

Slow cooked beef - divine!!!

Dessert - can't remember what it was as it wasn't that impressive and bubbles just seemed a better option! hahahaha

Finishing off with chocolates, madeleines and nougats 

After having a few glasses and it was me attempting to have a go at the watch assembling!

A wonderful evening out and I can't wait to have more of these to come!
